wrapped.green is operated as a sole proprietorship by Florian Kristof. Our paid product is the Deep Dive AI Analysis add-on (€3.99, one-time purchase).
Digital content delivered immediately
The Deep Dive AI Analysis is a one-off digital product that is generated and delivered to you immediately after purchase. The cost of generating the analysis (compute and AI usage) is incurred at that moment and cannot be reversed.
For that reason, all sales are final once the analysis has been generated. Please make sure you want the add-on before completing checkout.
Statutory rights (EEA / UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, your statutory right of withdrawal under consumer-protection law remains unaffected. Note that, by starting the Deep Dive AI Analysis you expressly request that we begin providing the digital content immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once delivery has begun (Art. 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive).
Problems with your purchase
If something went wrong — for example, you were charged but never received the analysis, or it failed to generate — we will of course make it right. Refunds in those cases are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact us at the email listed in the Imprint and we will pass the request on to Paddle.
Chargebacks
Please contact Paddle or us before initiating a chargeback — we are almost always able to resolve issues directly and more quickly.
