1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms govern your use of wrapped.green (the “Service”), operated as a sole proprietorship by Florian Kristof (“we”, “us”). Contact details are listed in the Imprint.

2. Acceptance

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract.

3. The Service

wrapped.green turns a WhatsApp chat export into a personal “wrapped” story. Chats and photos are processed locally in your browser. You may optionally save a Wrapped to our servers and unlock a paid Deep Dive AI Analysis add-on per saved Wrapped.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully or for fraud or spam;
• upload chats or photos you do not have the right to process;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the Service's security (malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing rate limits);
• resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, the software, the visual design and the wrapped.green name. You keep ownership of your chat content and photos. By saving a Wrapped you grant us a limited licence to host and process the data described in the Privacy Policy solely to provide the Service.

6. AI-generated content

The Deep Dive AI Analysis is generated by a large language model from your aggregated chat statistics. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or biased. It is provided for entertainment and reflection only and is not psychological, relationship, medical, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for how you interpret and use it.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

8. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, applicable taxes and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

The Deep Dive AI Analysis is a one-time purchase of €3.99 that unlocks the analysis for a single saved Wrapped. The price is shown to you in the checkout in your local currency where supported. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of the acceptable-use rules above. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from /my-wraps.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits, data or goodwill). Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
